Architect – Design and Project Delivery

About the role

Shake Shack Lekki is seeking a qualified Architect to lead the design and development of residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, compliant, and sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, plans, layouts, and detailed blueprints using Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Conduct site visits, surveys and feasibility studies to assess conditions and design viability.
• Prepare 3D models, realistic renderings and presentations with Lumion and 3ds Max.
• Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning regulations and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors and interior designers to align project delivery.
• Review materials, finishes and specifications for quality and compliance.
• Monitor progress, provide technical clarifications and support junior team members.

Required profile

• BSc in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
• Good understanding of construction methods, building materials and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
