Application Support Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our remote team. You will tackle the most complex support tickets, using both deep technical expertise and AI‑assisted tools to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end problem resolution for escalated tickets, reproducing issues before proposing solutions.
• Analyse logs, API behavior, JSON payloads and HTTP status codes (401, 404, 429, etc.).
• Leverage AI tools to augment troubleshooting while validating all outputs against documentation.
• Communicate clear, concise updates to customers to defuse tension and keep them informed.
• Document diagnostic steps and hand‑off notes for subsequent agents and AI processes.

Required profile

• Comfortable working in ambiguous, multi‑product environments without extensive hand‑holding.
• Strong judgment to prioritize actions and remove obstacles independently.
• Excellent written communication skills for customer interactions.
