Application Support Engineer – Remote (AI‑Augmented)

About the role

The role tackles the toughest support tickets that require deep technical judgment, investigation across ambiguous contexts, and effective use of AI as a tool—not a replacement. You will work remotely, handling complex, escalated issues that go beyond scripted responses.

Key responsibilities

• Own each support ticket from initial diagnosis through resolution or clear escalation, documenting findings for future reference.
• Combine hands‑on troubleshooting with AI assistance to resolve complex, escalated issues that cannot be handled by automated L1 processes.
• Investigate logs, API calls, JSON payloads, and configuration settings across multiple products to reproduce failures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role such as support engineering, QA, DevOps, or software development.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP status codes and comfortable working in a command‑line environment.
• Daily use of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to augment troubleshooting.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Availability to work full‑time 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM UTC (US Eastern business hours).

What we offer
