About the role

The Analytics Head will lead MSI Nigeria’s data analytics and reporting function, ensuring that high‑quality, timely insights support programme, clinical and organisational decision‑making. Based in Abuja, the role shapes the analytical agenda, governs reporting standards and builds data literacy across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Develop and drive the analytics strategy to align with programmatic and operational needs.
Set quality standards for dashboards, reports, datasets and ad‑hoc analyses.
Oversee reporting infrastructure, including Power BI, Excel, MIS‑Sun Reporting and other BI platforms.
Champion a data‑use culture through training, advocacy and best‑practice modelling.
Represent the analytics function in strategic planning and senior management meetings.
Support resource mobilisation with accurate analytics and data modelling for proposals and fundraising.
Ensure timely production of scheduled programme and operational reports.
