Analyst – Customer Acquisition & Compliance

About the role

The Analyst – Customer Acquisition and Compliance will support the West region by collating, analysing and reporting on SIM registration, availability, activation and churn data. The role provides insight into channel performance and helps drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate performance of SIM registration channels such as Trade Partners, Walk‑in Centres, Mobile Lite, Connect Stores and other agents.
• Collect, analyse and interpret channel data, producing weekly and monthly reports for business reviews.
• Manage end‑to‑end device lifecycle tracking, monitoring utilisation and efficiency.
• Engage regional teams to implement Customer Acquisition initiatives and maintain a reliable database for channel decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and YTD measurement reports and support the Customer Acquisition Manager.
• Assist with SIM acquisition agent system onboarding, training and exit processes.
• Analyse best practices, provide recommendations and attend state‑level regulatory meetings.

Required profile

• First degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• 3‑7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a specialised role.
• Experience in medium‑size organisations, project planning, sales/marketing or related functions.
• Telecom experience is an advantage.
