Manager - Product ICT Solutions, Enterprise Business

About the role

The Manager – Product ICT Solutions will lead the development and delivery of cloud, managed security and infrastructure offerings for MTN Nigeria. This role reports to the Senior Manager – Solutions Development and aims to position MTN as the top enterprise digital transformation partner.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for cloud, managed security and managed infrastructure solutions.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, pricing benchmarks and emerging ICT needs.
• Build business cases, including TAM/SAM, pricing models and margin structures for new product launches.
• Collaborate with technology partners to co‑develop and localise solutions for the Nigerian market.
• Define product requirements, service specifications and SLAs with Technology, IT and Network teams.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption tracking and retirement.
• Develop pricing, packaging and commercial models to enable enterprise sales teams.
• Act as subject‑matter expert in customer engagements and industry events.
• Partner with Marketing on launch campaigns, collateral and messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 6‑13 years of experience in product management or ICT solution development, with at least 3 years in telecom, ICT, cloud or managed services.
• Proven track record launching and scaling B2B technology products, especially cloud, security or infrastructure services.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise/B2B ICT market in Nigeria or Africa.
• Leadership experience in designing ICT solutions such as Cloud Services, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, UC&C, IoT and Digital Solutions.
