AI‑Powered Content Creator & Operations Specialist

About the role

We are building an AI‑driven content engine to amplify our online presence across multiple platforms. As a Content Creator & Operations Specialist you will own the end‑to‑end process, turning a few hours of filming each month into hundreds of engaging pieces of content.

Key responsibilities

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to research trends and generate content ideas.
• Write short‑form video scripts, hooks, and repurpose one video into multiple formats.
• Edit short‑form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Create captions, graphics, thumbnails, and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Track analytics, identify high‑performing content, and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Maintain content calendars and production workflows in Notion or ClickUp.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong experience editing short‑form videos.
• Proven use of AI tools for content creation.
• Deep understanding of major social‑media platforms.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines independently.
