About the role
We are seeking an AiOps & Observability Specialist to design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions that ensure system health, availability, and performance across our cloud infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to track system health, availability, performance, and reliability.
- Monitor logs, metrics, alerts, and dashboards to identify performance issues and potential failures.
- Detect, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents promptly.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational processes.
- Support proactive performance management by identifying bottlenecks, capacity issues, and risks.
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure and services across relevant platforms.
- Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability tools.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least a degree in a related field.
