AI Specialist – AI Literacy & Creator Collective

About the role

The Global Institute of Teach For All is looking for an AI Specialist to lead its AI Literacy & Creator Collective (AI LCC). This remote position will manage program delivery, build partnerships with leading AI companies, and grow a vibrant community of educators across 63 network partners.

Key responsibilities

• Program management: oversee the weekly AI AAA Series and other AI LCC programming, and cultivate partnerships with frontier AI firms such as Anthropic and Google.
• Community facilitation and growth: expand the AI LCC community on WhatsApp and additional platforms, design learning circles, and identify power‑users.
• AI integration and innovation: pilot AI‑driven tools for summarising, translating, and resourcing community content at scale.
• Ethical AI dialogue: lead safe‑space discussions on data privacy, bias, and responsible AI adoption.
• Operations, analytics, and content: monitor program health metrics and produce mobile‑first multimedia content.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with daily hands‑on experience using foundation models.
• Strong belief in community‑driven transformation rather than top‑down mandates.
• Ability to work across diverse cultures, languages, and time zones.
• Experience in program management and community building within education or technology sectors.
