AI Software Engineer (.NET/Machine Learning)

About the role

I&M Limited is seeking an AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and integrate AI‑driven solutions into enterprise applications. You will work with C#/.NET and modern machine‑learning frameworks to build scalable backend services and intelligent features such as pattern recognition and natural language processing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using C# and the latest .NET technologies.
• Design, train, fine‑tune, and evaluate machine‑learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, ML.NET or cloud AI services.
• Expose AI/ML models through RESTful APIs for production use.
• Build and manage ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Monitor model performance and optimise for accuracy and latency.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and collaborative design sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in .NET development and AI/ML integration.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
