AI Quality Analyst – Vietnamese (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a remote AI Quality Analyst fluent in Vietnamese to evaluate and improve the personalization of AI‑generated responses. This short‑term contract supports Turing’s large language model initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess nuanced and ambiguous Vietnamese AI responses for personalization quality, accuracy, relevance and contextual fit.
• Analyze AI outputs and deliver detailed quality assessments and structured feedback.
• Support evaluation workflows for large‑language‑model personalization tasks.
• Collaborate with global operations teams in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Contribute insights that help improve overall AI response quality.

Required profile

• Experience in data annotation, AI quality evaluation, content moderation or related fields.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in Policy, Law, Ethics, Linguistics, Journalism, Computer Science or similar analytical disciplines.
• Fluent Vietnamese with strong reading and writing comprehension.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and ability to assess nuanced AI responses.
• Willingness to use a personal Google account and enable personal data sources for assessment tasks.
• Full‑time availability with at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
