Affiliate Officer

About the role

The Affiliate Officer will lead the recruitment, onboarding and management of affiliate partners who promote SkyDreams Properties’ real‑estate offerings, including land sales, property management services and development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and maintain relationships with affiliate partners across Nigeria.
• Coordinate marketing materials and campaigns to support affiliates.
• Track affiliate performance metrics and prepare regular activity reports.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align affiliate strategies with business goals.
• Provide training, resources and ongoing support to affiliates.
• Ensure affiliate activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Conduct market research to uncover new partnership opportunities.
• Contribute ideas to improve the affiliate programme and community engagement.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in affiliate management, partnership development and relationship building.
• Strong marketing and sales background, preferably in real‑estate or related sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to organise multiple affiliate accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the Nigerian real‑estate market or a keen interest in learning industry trends.
• Comfort working on‑site and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a target‑driven environment.
• Minimum diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

• Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
