Affiliate Marketing Director

About the role

The Affiliate Marketing Director will shape and execute the overall affiliate strategy for a fast‑growing entertainment, events and sport company. Reporting to senior management, you will lead a high‑performing team, build strategic partnerships and drive revenue through affiliate channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s affiliate marketing strategy.
• Recruit, onboard and manage high‑performing affiliates and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers and other partners.
• Design commission structures, incentives and promotional campaigns to boost performance.
• Monitor affiliate traffic, leads, conversions, revenue and ROI.
• Identify new affiliate opportunities and expand market reach.
• Lead negotiations and agreements with key affiliates and partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and Finance teams to meet business targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for management.
• Manage the affiliate marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Lead, coach and manage the affiliate marketing team, setting performance targets and KPIs.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve acquisition and revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in affiliate or digital marketing.
• Degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent business development, partnership management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product and Finance.
