Advertising Sales Manager

About the role

The Advertising Sales Manager will lead the identification, pitching, and closing of advertising and media placement opportunities that promote Landnest’s properties and brand. This full‑time, on‑site position in Ibadan requires managing advertiser relationships, developing proposals, and ensuring campaigns meet agreed objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close advertising and media placement opportunities across various channels.
• Manage a portfolio of advertisers and partners, developing sales proposals and negotiating contracts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns.
• Prospect new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and ensure timely campaign delivery.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and provide trend feedback to leadership.

Required profile

• Strong media and advertising sales skills with a proven ability to develop and close proposals.
• Demonstrated sales and business development experience, including pipeline management and revenue target achievement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building trust and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.
• Customer service focus with long‑term client satisfaction in mind.
• Marketing knowledge, preferably in real estate, and familiarity with digital and traditional advertising channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ibadan, including field visits, client meetings, and property tours.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in basic CRM and productivity tools.
