Admissions & Telesales Manager

About the role

The Admissions & Telesales Manager will lead a results‑driven admissions team, using phone, WhatsApp and ManyChat to convert prospects into enrolled students for multiple university partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute high‑conversion telesales strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Supervise, coach and motivate Admissions Counselors, monitoring KPIs such as call volume and conversion rates.
• Oversee lead handling across CRM, WhatsApp and ManyChat, ensuring timely contact and proper documentation.
• Manage digital communication workflows on ManyChat and WhatsApp, both automated and manual.
• Communicate fee requirements, coordinate collection of application fees and enrollment deposits, and liaise with finance.
• Track and report admissions performance metrics, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM and support teams to align lead quality and campaign targeting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, institutional guidelines and data‑protection regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of telesales experience, preferably in education or enrollment environments.
