About the role

Online Foodstuff Store Ltd is hiring a full-time Administrative Officer in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The role oversees daily administrative activities and ensures smooth branch operations, while keeping records, reports and documentation accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative activities and ensure smooth branch operations.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports and manage documentation using Microsoft Excel and other digital tools.
• Coordinate staff activities, monitor task completion and support team productivity.
• Manage office supplies, petty cash records, invoices, purchase orders and other administrative documents.
• Liaise with vendors, customers and internal departments to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
• Monitor online communication channels and respond promptly to work-related messages and requests.
• Track operational issues, follow up on pending tasks and give timely updates to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in administration, office management or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating or supervising people.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• High level of responsiveness, attention to detail, initiative and accountability.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Confidence using digital tools and online platforms.
