Administrative Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support our driver recruitment and customer service operations in Abuja. The role is part‑time and ideal for candidates currently serving or about to begin NYSC.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately on our dashboard.
• Screen driver applicants, follow up on missing information, and maintain up‑to‑date candidate records.
• Verify driver documents (licenses, IDs, vehicle papers) and approve or reject them according to guidelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and other support channels.
• Coordinate lost‑property reports between customers and drivers.
• Investigate and resolve driver‑customer complaints fairly and within set timelines, documenting each case and escalating complex issues.
• Prepare simple reports and assist the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Currently serving or about to begin NYSC (posting or call‑up letter required).
• Bachelor’s degree or HND.
• Own a working laptop with reliable internet access.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
• Calm, fair, and professional when dealing with upset customers.
• Honest, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information responsibly.
