Administrative Assistant (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant to join our team in Osogbo on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role is ideal for recent NYSC graduates who want to gain experience in administrative support within the aluminium fabrication and construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence and managing email inboxes.
• Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and maintain organized records for ongoing projects.
• Facilitate communication between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Assist project managers in tracking timelines and ensuring timely project execution.
• Support workflow processes across various departments to promote smooth operations.

Required profile

• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accurate documentation and reporting.
• Problem‑solving mindset, adaptability and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Secondary school certificate or higher qualification relevant to the role; prior administrative or project‑management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with the aluminium fabrication or construction industry is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
