Admin Executive

About the role

The Admin Executive will lead the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and office operations. This role combines strategic HR insight with practical administrative support to meet both business and employee needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and hiring processes, including orientation and onboarding.
• Maintain weekly trackers for recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and training activities.
• Benchmark market practices and advise on policy and benefit structures.
• Execute and evaluate training programs in collaboration with other functions.
• Oversee employee lifecycle events such as probation, confirmation, transfers, performance improvement plans, promotions, redeployments, and exits.
• Provide administrative support for travel, accommodation, and logistics (local and international).
• Handle facilities management for office and residential spaces.
• Coordinate travel support services, including visa processing, airport transfers, and hotel bookings.
• Ensure compliance with immigration policies and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• BSc in any Science or Social Science discipline.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration.
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation, especially contracts, leave, and insurance.
• Proven people‑management capabilities and ability to devise creative solutions.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication skills.
