Activation Officer

About the role

The Activation Officer will be the face of SolarCorp at our activation stand, introducing customers to our CIRCOOL Solar Wallet plans and itel Powerpacks. You will guide prospects through the save‑to‑own model, helping them transition from generator reliance to clean solar energy.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers at the activation stand, demonstrate products and explain solar benefits.
• Register customers on the CIRCOOL platform and assist with wallet activation.
• Capture enquiries, schedule follow‑up consultations and maintain a clean, professional stand.
• Submit daily activity reports on leads and activations.
• Achieve weekly and monthly activation and sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE, OND or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
