Accountant & Store Keeper – Hotel (Karu, Abuja)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant and Store Keeper to support the financial and inventory functions of our hotel in Karu, Abuja. The role combines daily accounting tasks with inventory management to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare cash, bank and sales reconciliation reports.
• Monitor revenues, expenses and petty‑cash movements.
• Process invoices, payments and supplier accounts.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and budgeting.
• Receive, inspect and record incoming goods and supplies.
• Maintain stock levels, issue materials to departments and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Prepare accurate stock records and report damaged or missing items.

Required profile

• OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in accounting, store keeping or hospitality operations is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
