Accountant – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Accountant to join our finance team in Lagos. The role involves handling a wide range of accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, examining, and analysing accounting records and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Appraise, evaluate, and maintain an inventory of company assets, updating the asset register.
• Record, reconcile, and post petty cash and fuel imprest transactions.
• Reconcile payments and receipts, confirm customer deposits, and issue receipts.
• Manage all accounting transactions, including payroll administration and control of income and expenditure.
• Audit financial information and compile reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries, and financial statements.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 200,000 to NGN 250,000 per month.
• Full‑time permanent position based onsite in Lagos.
