Accountant – Financial Operations (Abuja)

About the role
dGOLD is building trusted digital infrastructure backed by verified physical assets. As the company expands in Nigeria, we are looking for an Accountant based in Abuja to support our financial operations and strengthen the financial foundation of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Support monthly and annual financial reporting.
- Assist with budgeting and financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal financial requirements.
- Support audits and prepare financial documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Available to work on‑site in Abuja.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Nigerian accounting practices and regulations.
- Knowledge of IFRS.
- Experience using accounting software or ERP systems.
