Accountant – Early Career Finance Role

About the role

LemFi is seeking a motivated Accountant to join its fast‑growing Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will own core accounting activities and help shape financial processes as the company expands globally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reconciliations, month‑end close and day‑to‑day accounting tasks.
• Identify gaps in financial processes and implement solutions.
• Seek automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Prepare accurate financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, data and business teams to align accounting outputs with operational needs.

Required profile

• Newly qualified or up to 2 years post‑qualification experience (ACA, ACCA, ICAEW, etc.).
• Fast learner who asks good questions and works independently.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and comfortable in a scaling environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a curiosity for technology and automation.
