Account Sales Manager

About the role

The Account Sales Manager will lead proactive solicitation and management of group and catering opportunities for our Lagos property. This full‑time position focuses on driving revenue, up‑selling services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and close new group and catering business to meet personal and property revenue targets.
• Manage opportunities not handled by the Event Booking Center, ensuring timely contract preparation and hand‑over to operations.
• Upsell additional services to maximize revenue per event.
• Monitor same‑day selling procedures to optimize room occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with event management, operations, and support staff to ensure flawless service delivery.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, or front‑desk roles, OR a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue goals and manage client accounts.
