Account Sales Manager

About the role

The Account Sales Manager is responsible for proactively generating and managing group and catering business for the property. This full‑time, onsite role focuses on driving revenue, up‑selling opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service to build loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, solicit and manage new group and catering opportunities to meet personal and property revenue targets.
• Actively up‑sell each business opportunity to maximize revenue potential.
• Close contracts, negotiate terms and generate proposals for group bookings outside the Event Booking Center.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over and delivery of services for booked events.
• Monitor same‑day selling procedures to optimize room revenue and occupancy.
• Support the company’s service standards and brand guidelines throughout the customer experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, front desk, or a related field.
• Or an associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related discipline (no experience required).
