Account Representative – Business Development

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an Account Representative focused on Business Development to join its sales team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. In this role you will leverage existing client relationships and technical knowledge to promote and sell a broad portfolio of products and services to the global energy market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with assigned and non‑assigned accounts.
• Deliver technical sales presentations that align Halliburton’s capabilities with customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and drive market penetration.
• Participate actively in the business planning process to meet revenue targets ranging from $5 M to $50 M.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecast performance.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts and achieve profitability goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
