Zonal Coordinator

About the role

The Zonal Coordinator will oversee the implementation of the Foundation's programmes across the designated zone, ensuring that beneficiaries receive the support and monitoring required for sustainable development.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all on‑site activities in line with NGO directives.
• Conduct monthly home visits to beneficiaries, including widows, orphans and children of widows.
• Visit schools regularly for scholarship beneficiaries and carry out quarterly educational assessments.
• Manage beneficiary loan applications, submit them to headquarters and develop repayment plans.
• Track the performance of beneficiary businesses after loan or empowerment support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update beneficiary records each month.
• Report health status, submit detailed monthly activity reports and quarterly newsletters to headquarters.
• Prepare bi‑annual programme budgets and ensure proper retirement of expenditures with supporting documents.
• Coordinate collection and submission of school bills for beneficiaries.
• Organise training sessions, meetings and ensure effective implementation of all Foundation programmes within the zone.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Social Sciences, Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of practical experience working in an NGO environment.
