Web Designer & Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Property Brokers International Magazine is looking for a creative Web Designer who will also lead digital marketing initiatives. You will build and maintain a modern, user‑friendly website that showcases the magazine’s real‑estate content while driving traffic and engagement across online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain the company website, landing pages and other digital interfaces.
• Create responsive layouts optimized for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
• Produce and schedule engaging content for the website, blog and social media platforms.
• Optimize site structure, SEO and performance to increase organic traffic.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing and advertising teams to produce digital campaigns, banner ads and promotional assets.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads and social media.
• Upload and manage website content, including articles, property listings, images, videos and advertisements.
• Monitor site functionality, troubleshoot design issues and ensure cross‑browser compatibility.
• Integrate multimedia and interactive features to boost audience engagement.
• Support email marketing templates, newsletters and social‑media visuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
