Warehouse Supervisor – Logistics & Inventory Management

About the role

The company is looking for an organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory, coordinating logistics, and supervising staff to ensure efficient and accurate product handling.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of Sales and Marketing Representatives linked to warehouse functions.
• Oversee proper arrangement, organization, and condition of stored products.
• Manage stock levels, inventory records, stock movement, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate receipt and dispatch of products, supporting timely delivery.
• Assist logistics planning and ensure smooth product movement.
• Monitor stock‑keeping procedures to minimize discrepancies or losses.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily reports on warehouse activities and stock movement.
• Supervise administrative duties related to warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with established warehouse procedures and operational standards.
• Collaborate effectively with management and other departments as required.

Required profile

• Minimum OND, HND, B.Sc. or equivalent; WAEC/WASSCE with strong experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Good knowledge of inventory and stock management practices.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent organizational, record‑keeping, and reporting skills.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Responsible, trustworthy, proactive, and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work with inventory records and maintain accurate data.
