Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and maintain a safe and organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and safe handling of materials.
• Coordinate the issuance and dispatch of materials to departments, sites, or customers.
• Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Projects, and Accounts teams on inventory requirements.
• Reduce losses, damages, wastage, and unauthorized stock movements.
• Prepare regular warehouse and inventory reports for management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.

Required profile

• A minimum of 3 years of experience.
• A minimum of an OND in a related field.
