Warehouse Keeper

About the role

Itel Energy is hiring a full-time Warehouse Keeper in Lagos (Marina). The role covers receiving, storing and issuing goods, keeping accurate stock records and working with procurement and operations to keep inventory flowing smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods and materials to confirm quantity and specifications.
• Arrange and store items properly in their designated locations.
• Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued and available.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock, damaged or missing items.
• Prepare and issue materials based on approved requests.
• Conduct regular stock counts and help with periodic inventory reconciliation.
• Work closely with procurement, operations and other teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Report discrepancies, damages or unusual stock movements to the supervisor.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant warehouse or inventory management experience.
• Minimum of an OND or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
