About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waitress to join our team at Amana Retreats, a private‑membership hospitality venue in Lagos. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and attend to their needs throughout their visit.
• Take, prepare and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain table presentation, cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Support private events, member‑hosted gatherings and special occasions.
• Process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold discretion and confidentiality in a private‑members environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant, hotel or upscale hospitality setting.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to work weekends and event days.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• References available upon request.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems.
