Visa & Ticketing Officer

About the role

The Visa & Ticketing Officer will manage end‑to‑end visa applications and airline ticketing tasks for clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely service.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage visa applications from documentation through submission and follow‑up.
• Review client documents for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
• Advise clients on visa requirements and required supporting documents.
• Coordinate embassy/visa centre appointments and submissions.
• Handle flight reservations, ticketing, rebooking and cancellations.
• Track application status and provide timely client updates.
• Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies and potential risks before submission.
• Maintain accurate client and visa application records.
• Escalate complex, sensitive or high‑risk cases appropriately.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on visa processing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on airline ticketing and reservations experience.
• Experience processing applications for international destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Schengen/European countries or other major destinations.
• Strong understanding of visa documentation and application procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and document‑review skills.
• Strong client communication and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple visa applications and deadlines simultaneously.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Amadeus.
• Working knowledge of Galileo.
• Working knowledge of Sabre.
