Videographer – Real Estate Video Production

About the role

JV Management Consulting Limited is looking for a creative Videographer to produce high‑quality video content for property listings, promotional campaigns, and social media. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring the company’s real‑estate brand to life through compelling visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos that showcase property features and brand messaging.
• Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, microphones, and drones as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop video concepts and content strategies.
• Deliver polished video assets within project timelines.
• Ensure visual consistency and brand representation across all video materials.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 3 years) in videography or video content production.
• Strong portfolio of marketing or promotional videos, preferably in real estate.
• Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with Final Cut Pro.
• Good understanding of lighting, camera angles, sound recording, and visual composition.
