Videographer – Property Walkthroughs & Marketing

About the role

Aceroyal Estates, a fast‑growing commercial real estate firm in Lagos, is looking for a creative Videographer to produce high‑quality video content that showcases its commercial property portfolio. You will capture property walkthroughs, promotional tours, client testimonials and social‑media clips for digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Film high‑definition video of commercial properties, office spaces, land developments and architectural features across Lagos.
• Edit raw footage into polished promotional videos, short‑form Reels/TikToks, long‑form YouTube tours and corporate ads.
• Plan and execute dynamic walkthroughs and aerial drone shots where applicable.
• Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers and social‑media managers to align video output with marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification or practical background in videography, film production, cinematography or media studies.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating property walkthroughs, commercial videography or short‑form social videos.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and appear confident on camera.

Required skills

• Proficiency with professional camera gear, gimbals, lighting and sound‑recording equipment.
• Advanced video‑editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
