Videographer & Graphics Designer

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Ajah, Lagos focuses on creating high‑quality video and visual content for real‑estate marketing, social media, training materials and brand promotion. You will work closely with the marketing team in a dynamic, innovation‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit video content for various campaigns and platforms.
• Operate professional cameras, set up lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots, and capture high‑quality footage.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts and ensure brand consistency.
• Create graphics, motion visuals and basic animations to complement video assets.
• Organise media assets, maintain a structured library and meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong creativity and attention to detail with the ability to translate marketing goals into compelling visuals.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset for on‑site teamwork.
• Proximity to Ajah is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in Film Production, Media, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in videography, graphic design or multimedia production, especially in marketing or real‑estate, is beneficial.
