Video Editor – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Video Editor to support AI model training by refining animations, visual effects, and other video assets. This contract position offers flexible hours (10‑40 hrs/week) and competitive pay.

Key responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and refine animations and visual‑effects outputs for AI training datasets.
• Organize, label, and maintain structured project files and media assets.
• Assess AI‑generated video content, implement feedback, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop rubrics and evaluation frameworks to benchmark AI performance.
• Provide domain expertise to identify weaknesses and improve model outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and share feedback throughout the development cycle.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in video editing and post‑production, including audio editing and visual storytelling.
• Experience with animation and visual‑effects for digital or educational content.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree (any field) and significant hands‑on experience in video or visual media production.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
