About the role

The British Council Trading Services (Nigeria) Limited is seeking reliable Venue Staff to support the smooth administration of a range of UK examinations across multiple locations in Nigeria. As an invigilator, you will ensure that each test day runs according to the organisation's standards and that candidates have a secure, fair testing environment.

Key responsibilities

Set up examination venues according to prescribed guidelines.
Verify candidate identity and manage registration procedures.
Monitor test rooms throughout the exam to prevent irregularities.
Handle any incidents or emergencies in line with British Council protocols.
Collect and secure completed test materials for onward processing.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Flexibility to work on scheduled test days in various cities.

Required skills

Basic computer literacy for using exam administration software.
