Van Sales Representative – Lagos

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Van Sales Representative to cover assigned routes in Lagos, ensuring product availability and driving sales growth for our retail and FMCG portfolio. The role involves traveling across the Marina district and surrounding areas, building strong relationships with retailers and ensuring timely deliveries. You will report to the Sales Manager and provide daily updates on sales performance and stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and distribute products along assigned routes.
• Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
• Meet assigned sales and collection targets.
• Ensure product availability and visibility at customer outlets.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
• Handle other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of an NCE or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years’ experience in van sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Good knowledge of route‑to‑market operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
