About the role
We are looking for a proactive Van Sales Representative to join our growing team at Esosa Food Systems And Innovations Limited. The role involves driving the company van on designated routes across Lagos, promoting and delivering our range of bakery products directly to retail and wholesale customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, handling payments, and ensuring accurate sales reporting. The position offers a dynamic field environment where meeting daily sales targets and providing excellent customer service are key to success.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the company van on assigned routes
- Sell and distribute bakery products to customers
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Collect payments and keep accurate sales records
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Submit regular sales reports
Required profile
- Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma)
- At least 2 years of sales/field experience
- Valid driver’s licence – mandatory
- Ability to drive confidently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Target‑driven and willing to work in the field
