Unit Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Juls Homes, a Nigeria-registered property development company, is hiring a Unit Manager for a part-time, hybrid position based in Lagos. The role combines on-site work with flexible work-from-home arrangements and covers the day-to-day running of a designated unit, including property listings, sales supervision and client handling.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a designated unit, including coordinating property listings and supervising sales activities.
• Ensure client inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare periodic reports and support strategic planning to meet sales and service targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, guide unit staff and maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and partners and help improve processes within the unit.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in real estate, property management or related fields, with strong knowledge of the Lagos property market.
• Proven ability to manage operations for a small team or business unit, including planning, coordination and performance monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Estate Management or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Must reside in Ajah and environs to be considered.

Required skills

• Strong client service orientation, with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup with minimal supervision.
• Good organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using digital tools and basic office software to manage records, reports and communication.
