Travel Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Travel Consultant to join our client’s team on a contract basis. You will design personalized travel itineraries, coordinate bookings, and ensure a seamless experience for each client.

Key responsibilities

• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences and budget.
• Book flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions while securing competitive pricing.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, travel documents, and emergency contact information for clients.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and adjust travel plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and reservation platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with current travel industry trends, destinations, and regulations.
