About the role
We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Travel Consultant to join our team in Lekki. You will help clients plan seamless trips, manage bookings and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the travel planning process.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel arrangements and bookings.
- Manage reservations and coordinate travel itineraries.
- Provide high‑quality customer service and resolve issues that arise during the planning process.
Required profile
- Expertise in travel consulting, management and arrangements.
- Proficiency in handling reservations and bookings.
- Strong customer‑service focus and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations (a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in a similar role (advantageous).
