Tenders Supervisor

About the role

The Tenders Supervisor will lead the end‑to‑end tender process for construction projects, ensuring all bid documents are accurate, complete and submitted on time. This role works closely with engineering, procurement, finance and HSE teams to gather the necessary information for competitive proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and monitor tender opportunities from clients and procurement portals.
• Download, organize and review tender documents and requirements.
• Coordinate preparation and compilation of tender submissions.
• Liaise with relevant departments to obtain required documentation for bids.
• Maintain a register of all tenders submitted and track outcomes.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposal documentation.
• Establish and maintain an organized document control system for projects and tenders.
• Ensure proper filing, archiving, version control and confidentiality of documents.
• Assist in developing project plans, schedules and work programs.
• Track project timelines and support coordination between project teams.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender or bid management.
• Minimum of a BSc degree or equivalent.
• Senior‑level professional with strong attention to detail.
