Temporary Marketer – Field Sales & Customer Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a temporary marketer to support our bank’s field‑marketing activities in Kaduna. The role focuses on acquiring new individual and small‑business customers through direct outreach and on‑site promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective individual customers and small businesses within assigned locations.
• Promote the bank’s products and services and support B2C customer acquisition.
• Assist prospective customers with basic information and onboarding requirements.
• Conduct regular field visits and marketing activities, meeting daily, weekly and monthly acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, field visits, responses and conversions.
• Follow up prospects and provide timely feedback to supervisors using mobile phones and digital tools.
• Ensure all activities comply with the bank’s policies, procedures and ethical standards.

Required profile

• OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage prospects.
• Willingness to work in the field, meet performance targets and maintain integrity.
• Basic record‑keeping and digital skills.
• Ability to work within assigned areas in Kaduna.
