Team Member, Corporate Digital Banking

About the role

The Team Member will support the Corporate Digital Banking function by delivering efficient service to customers using the Primusplus platform. This on‑site role focuses on payment monitoring, onboarding, and continuous improvement of digital banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily initiated payments to ensure accurate settlement or reversal, minimizing operational risk.
• Support onboarding and management of customers on the Primusplus platform, ensuring seamless setup and user experience.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of customer training programs, onboarding materials, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s service standards and SLAs, maintaining high‑quality service delivery.
• Assist in preparing and analysing reports to support decision‑making and operational efficiency.
• Reconcile various GLs managed by the team and accurately call over processed transactions.
• Collaborate with solution providers and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Evaluate existing internet solutions and help build a business case for upgrading the Primusplus platform.

Required profile

• First degree with at least Second‑Class honors; a relevant Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in banking operations or digital payments.
• Strong understanding of bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Professional certification or recognized membership is a plus.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of local and international banking operations.
• Good knowledge of payment industry regulations.
• Familiarity with electronic banking platforms and underlying technologies.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
