Team Lead, Partnerships & Fundraising

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to drive partnerships and fundraising initiatives for Harvesters International Christian Centre. The role will shape strategic collaborations, secure funding, and enhance the Foundation’s impact locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement high‑value partnership strategies with donors, corporates and key stakeholders.
• Lead the creation of funding proposals, pitches and donor engagements, managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Oversee fundraising pipelines, tracking, and execution of partnership initiatives to ensure timely follow‑up and conversion.
• Collaborate with leadership and trustees to leverage networks, promote multi‑stakeholder collaboration and support special projects such as the Professional Volunteers Programme.
• Monitor sector trends, identify innovative approaches to partnership development and contribute to strategic thinking on programme expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 6‑7 years of experience in partnerships, fundraising or business development within a nonprofit or development organisation.
• Proven ability to engage donors, corporates and funding institutions and to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• High level of professionalism, sound judgement and leadership capability.
