Team Lead – HR Consulting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to head our HR and career consulting team in Lagos. The role involves guiding a group of professionals, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise project execution, coordinate multiple client engagements and review team outputs to meet deadlines and company standards.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, support performance management processes and collaborate with senior leadership to improve service offerings.
• Engage directly with clients to assess needs, design HR solutions and provide progress reports.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and people‑management experience in HR consulting or a related professional services environment.
• Strong project‑management and organizational abilities, with a track record of handling several client projects simultaneously.
• Excellent client‑relationship and communication skills, including stakeholder engagement, presentation and negotiation.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of HR and talent‑management practices such as recruitment, performance management, employee development or career coaching.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities to assess client HR challenges and propose data‑informed solutions.
