Team Lead – HR Business Partner

About the role

The Team Lead, HR Business Partner will oversee performance and talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, employee relations and HR operations, providing strategic insights and leading the HR Generalist team to deliver effective human capital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR Business Partner for assigned functions, partnering with leaders on workforce planning, organization effectiveness and talent requirements.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, talent reviews and career development initiatives.
• Own employee engagement agenda, analyze feedback, develop action plans and lead retention interventions for critical talent.
• Handle complex employee relations cases, ensure consistent HR policy application and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processes, validate movements, conduct reconciliations and ensure compliance with payroll calendars.
• Govern HRIS data integrity, oversee employee lifecycle transactions and generate workforce reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in HR business partnering, talent management and leading HR generalist teams.
• Proven ability to provide strategic HR insights, manage employee relations and drive engagement initiatives.
